Create to Heal (TM) is a program of healing, based on many years of research and personal experience with people going through serious illness and disease, chronic pain, fear and anxiety. The techniques and exercise developed tap into all forms of art, including meditation, guided imagery, music and creative writing to help patients to get out of their heads into their hearts where healing begins. Participant benefits include stress reduction, clarity, and a more mindful approach to health and well-being.
