and you become that beauty!  See the love in life, and you will see that Life is about love.

In a recent Create to Heal ™ class at Glendale Adventist, we wrote about what was on our mind in that moment.  One patient let go of the dialogue in her head and let the words tumble onto the page in a magical way – the others in class followed suit.  I read to you now what was written that day …

Life is about Love

To love is to be kind … Kindness inspires Life .. Life teaches Love … Love grows Kindness … Kindness requires Love … Love blesses Life … Life loves Kindness.

Time before us, Time past … All that remains is Love that will last … opening the Heart expresses Love … Love makes you kind, time passing is Life, only Love remains.

The Beauty of Natural Instinct

Spontaneous touch of the breath, naturally flowing rhythm … I do not want to break and bother, only savor and admire what comes naturally … all is perfect when it comes naturally.

Blue Tapestry

Blue sweeping through, gently bringing subtle touch of reminiscence … I would like to sink into that deep indigo, aqua waves weaving through my spirit, generating new energy of Life … I would like to dwell in that clearness.

Turquoise flowing through me … Kindness embracing my heart … I would like to hug the warmness.

The Layers of Life

Layers of Beauty … the magnificent creation of nature, the macro and micro COSM  of Life … the vastness of ocean and mountain and sky, the infinitesimal beauty of a flower, a grain of sand, an individual cell.

Layers of Love … love grows as we experience love and kindness.  Love grows as we hold another’s hand.  Love threads are woven into the tapestry of our lives by the people who touch us … our open hearts receive the love of another and God.

Layers of Experience … Life throws experiences at us, some curve balls like cancer … like loss, loss of loved ones, loss of precious treasures.  Experiences of joy and delight and laughter and fun and love and kindness recover these treasures.

Layers of learning … how different I react to situations today!  The past is the past, no chance to re-do past reactions … only build on the layers of learning and react each day with more love, more kindness.
