Hello!

I am very happy to join Wings.

I met Patricia Varga through one of her “Write to Heal” workshops which I’ve been attending since January of this year. It’s not one of those Writing workshops where writers go to work on their writing.

It’s more about creativity and community, and the writing is what facilitates the journey. Often the words just tumble out and take me to a place of clarity.

At my first class, the first exercise was to write about “Hope.” No thinking, just spilling. Well, here’s some of what I wrote:
